Dreamland Bedding is a wholesale supplier. Our products are sold through authorised retailers (stockists), and your purchase contract is with the retailer.
• Consumers / households: please contact the store you purchased from first. They will inspect and manage the warranty process with us.
• Commercial / trade customers (stockists, designers, projects): you can submit claims to us via the B2B Portal once the product has been inspected and the issue has been confirmed as a likely warranty matter.
• Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit consumer rights that can’t be excluded under New Zealand law.
